With a background in computer programming, I currently manage chats from our website visitors and answer enquiries about our different products and learning systems. Additionally, I am responsible for day-to-day maintenance of learners on our Learn Easy software, managing our Facebook business pages, sharing posts and providing the best customer service I can. I feel truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an amazing team.

Customer Service and Social Manager
I have a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics which assists me in complex problem solving and process optimisation which I use every day in the workplace. As operations manager, I oversee the team as well as providing consulting, internal audits, and tailor training (live or recorded). I have 3 years' experience in Quality and Compliance within health and human services and strive for optimising business processes and building workforce capability.

Catherine (Cat) has near to 16 years experience in training, learning design and content creation. Having worked across a variety of industries, Cat is able to synthesis resources and broad content, to create output which are relevant, engaging and of high quality. Cate's scope includes Australian Qualification Framework content as well as purpose driven professional development courses. Cate has a Bachelor in Business (HR and Industrial Relations) and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

I am a qualified nurse, and I started a virtual assistant business August 2022. In this capacity I am able to use my nursing knowledge and business support knowledge to contribute to quality outcomes for small and large businesses. I began working permanently with the Learn Easy team in May 2023 providing administrative support and customer care. I have created course content, conducted quality audits, assisted with refining processes and system issues.

The Mental Health First Aid training by Learn Easy, for Quality Health Care staff received is highly recommended. From start to finish the experience was a delight. Coordination was seamless and communication was very prompt. Gina is a well-seasoned Quality and Compliance consultant and her care and flexibility to cater for our needs are second to none. Tracey, who delivered the training, was very knowledgeable and the staff provided lots of positive feedback post-session, and staff loved the resource book they received, packed with lots of interesting information!
